Where and how is your food made?
All of our food comes from the best Korean restaurants across Southern California. We do not make the food ourselves. Our service is finding the best food, and then delivering it to you in a safe and cost-effective way.
How will my order be delivered?
All food will be delivered frozen in an insulated box with dry ice to ensure your food stays frozen throughout transit.
Once shipped, orders will arrive within 1 to 2 business days.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is free for all orders over $200.
For orders under $200, the shipping charge is calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we deliver to anywhere in the US, except Alaska and Hawaii.
What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
If you have any issues with an order, then please reach out to us and let us know through the Help page.
We will respond promptly to make things right.
What is your refund policy?
Please reach out to us with your issue and any relevant photos. We will respond within 24 hours to work on an appropriate resolution.
